JOIN US FOR A GUIDED TOUR AROUND JULES’ LAGOON AND A PRIVATE VISIT TO JULES’ UNDERSEA LODGE. LEARN ABOUT OUR SEA LIFE AND HISTORY THOUSANDS HAVE ENJOYED THROUGH THE YEARS.
Your experience starts with a walk through our facility and a back scene presentation of how we run our Historical Undersea Lodge.
Afterwards, we will gear you up for your underwater tour around the lagoon. We have four decorative cannon and one remains a mystery. Before it faded away, one of our cannons had a date of 1711 but was never conclusive. Our two anchors have a history as well.
You will pass by what at one point was the filtering system for the lagoon shaped in the form of three large drums still underwater.
Jumping into our ecological system we have a good diversity of fish and other beautiful creatures. If we’re lucky we will get to see a Manatee or our world famous resident Sea Horses.
We will carry with us Fish ID Cards so you will be able to identify what you see. You will also be able to ask your guide questions as a slate with pencil will be provided. The mangroves hold lots of life and have housed over forty-five lobster at one time. If you have an underwater camera be sure to look for some photo ops.
Your Mission Director will then lead the way to Jules’ Lodge where he will give you a history lesson on undersea habitats and why Jules’ Lodge is so very special. During that time get ready for photo ops in the Moon Pool!
