Ian Koblick


 

As co-developer of Jules’ Undersea Lodge and President of Key Largo Undersea Park, Ian Koblick brings vast experience and highly respected credentials in the field of underwater living. Aquanaut. explorer, author, marine consultant, and technical advisor, Mr. Koblick’s contributions in the fields of ocean science and ocean technology are well recognized. Teresa McKinna

Teresa is our Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She is a native Floridian and has lived in Key Largo with her husband John for the past seven years. Like most Florida Keys residents Teresa spends a lot of time on and in the water. Favorite pursuits: free-diving for lobster and cruising her Pearson 35 sailboat, the "Teresa Ann", in the Keys and Bahamas.

 

Anya Elis

Anya is our Lead Mission Director here at Jules' Undersea Lodge.  She is a (PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor and Master Scuba Diver Trainer) and has been diving and teaching for 9 years. She is well-known and appreciated as a diligent and patient dive instructor who is especially good at teaching children.  

Sara McCutcheon

Sara is our Reservations Specialist and Dive Master here at Jules'.    Having graduated with a B.A. in Biology and Marine Science from the University of Hawaii-Hilo in 2004, Sara shares her knowledge with her students at Marine Resources Development Foundation and our guests.  Sara has logged over 300 dives in Hawaii, Midway Atoll, and the Caribbean.  In her spare time Sara likes to SCUBA dive, sky dive, wakeboard, free-diving and catching lobster. 

 

Jessica Pulfer

Jessica is one of our Dive Master-Discover SCUBA trainers and Assistant Mission Directors here at Jules’ Undersea Lodge. Having put her BS degree in Marine Biology from the University of West Alabama to work, Jessica has participated as a Fisheries Observer aboard various commercial fishing vessels in the Bering Sea and Gulf of Alaska. Her work there was to collect biological data for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration & the National Marine Fisheries Service. Jessica is also a field instructor at Marine Resources Development Foundation and has an extensive background in Florida ecology. In her spare time, Jessica likes to sail, play guitar and sing, SCUBA dive, and catch lobster.


John McKinna

John Mannock

John is our Underwater Technical Supervisor and Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing upkeep of the main structure and support systems of Jules’ Undersea Lodge. A former offshore commercial diver of twenty years’ experience, he came on the Jules’/KLUP team last year as an adjunct to his current primary line of work, that of internationally-known novelist. He is the author of seven novels, including the Ben Gannon diving series, written under his own name, and the bestselling World War Two thrillers IRON COFFIN (2004), THE SEN-TOKU RAID (2005), and THE WAR MOUNTAINS (2006), written under the pen name "John Mannock." Like his wife Teresa, he is an avid free-diver, spearfisherman, lobster hunter, and cruising sailor.
